When Taylor Swift Visited a Children's Hospital, the Most Adorable Duet Broke Out

Taylor Swift gets a lot of press for who she dates, but we think she deserves some attention for who she visits.

This week, for example, she took a trip to Boston Children’s Hospital, and she didn’t just take a few pictures with patients and head out — she stuck around. That generosity gave us the utterly adorable moment in the video below, where Swift sings “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” to a 6-year-old boy named Jordan Lee Nickerson — and he quickly joins in.

Jordan has a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome, which causes physical and developmental disabilities, as well as a severe heart condition, according to his Facebook page. In July 2014, he was also diagnosed with leukemia. You would never know it, though, by the smile on his face that breaks out when his singing idol comes walking through his hospital door.

Watch the precious moment in the video below. We think it’s Swift’s best performance. Like, ever.

If you would like to make a donation toward Jordan’s medical costs, head here.
