Watch Dolly Parton Give a Fan With Down Syndrome Ultimate Bragging Rights

Gage Blackwell, 12, from Lynnville,Tennessee, loves county music. He even has his own YouTube Channel where you can check out him singing some country tunes.

Recently, Blackwell, who has Down syndrome, got the opportunity of a lifetime — he met Dolly Parton and got to sing a duet with the legendary country star.

“Gage has been on cloud nine since meeting Dolly,” Gage’s Mom, Lynnae Blackwell, told the Mighty via email. “He is such a country music fan and Dolly is one of his favorites! He hasn’t stopped talking about them singing ‘duets’ since then.”
