Read the full transcript:

I stayed in bed all day today, but that doesn’t make me lazy.

I haven’t done the dishes in a while, but that doesn’t mean I’m a slob.

I ordered take-out every day this week, but it’s not a luxury.

I didn’t shower this morning, but it’s not because I’m “gross.”

I didn’t text you back last night, but it’s not because I don’t care about you.

I can’t keep a full-time job, but that doesn’t mean I’m not ambitious.

I didn’t hand in those assignments on time, but that doesn’t make me a procrastinator.

I cancelled our plans last-minute, but I wasn’t trying to be rude.

I took the elevator up one flight, but I absolutely had to.

I’m not lazy… I’m just managing my life the only way I know how.

And I’m not going to apologize for that.

I’m not mad at you for judging me,

but I do want you to understand: I’m just doing the best I can.

We all are.
