Although music can’t take away mental or physical pain, it does have a miraculous way of making us feel better — if only for a moment. Studies have shown music increases blood flow, eases pain and lowers stress-related hormones.  Relatable songs can help us feel supported on our loneliest days, and the right playlist can carry us through life’s daily challenges.

While our mental and physical conditions, as well as our tastes in music, may differ, we can be united by the way music makes us feel. That’s why we wanted to share The Mighty’s very own curated playlists, which are all featured on our Spotify.

We hope you find one that resonates with you:
