Have you ever wondered what fictional character you are most like?

If you live with anxiety, we want to help you answer that question! Below, we’ve created a quick, seven-question quiz to help you determine what fictional character best represents your experience of anxiety.

It goes without saying, but the following quiz should not be used as a diagnostic tool to determine whether or not you have anxiety. If you think you might be struggling with anxiety, reach out to your doctor or mental health professional to find the treatment that’s best for you.

When you complete the quiz, you will receive a percentage ranging between 33-100%. If you score a lower percentage, have no fear! There are no right answers in this quiz — the percentages don’t mean anything other than indicating what character you got. After finishing the quiz, scroll to the bottom to check out what fictional character best represents your anxiety. Let us know what character you got in the comments!

Before we begin, we want to remind you anxiety isn’t your identity — it’s only a small part of who you are. If you’re struggling with anxiety and need support, download our free app and post on The Mighty with the hashtag #CheckInWithMe.

Without further ado, here’s the quiz!:

If you scored 33-46%, you're... Fear from "Inside Out"

Fear from “Inside Out”

If you scored between 33 and 46%, you’re most like Fear from Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out.” Like Fear, you are always looking for any sign of potential danger. Your friends sometimes tease you for being overly cautious and not stepping out of your comfort zone. In your friend group, you’re often the one reminding others to buckle their seat belts and wear a helmet. You are a loyal friend that wants to protect your loved ones from getting hurt. If you can relate, take some time today to remind yourself you’re safe. Try taking a small, “safe” risk, like changing up your routine for the day.

If you scored 47-76%, you're... Monica from "Friends"

Monica Gellar from “Friends”

If you scored in the 47 -76% range, you are most like Monica Gellar from the classic sitcom, “Friends.” Like Monica, you are a competitive go-getter with a deep drive for cleanliness (a drive some might call “obsessive”). While some people think you’re “controlling,” you prefer to think of yourself as a “control enthusiast.” You love your friends so much that you often end up becoming “mama bear” in your friend group. Though your anxious ways might scare off some potential romantic partners, the ones who stick it out learn to love and accept your anxious quirks. If you can relate to Monica, take some time to practice self-care today. It’s OK to slow down sometimes.

If you scored 77-100%, you're... Bojack from "Bojack Horseman"

BoJack from “BoJack Horseman”

If you scored in the 77 -100% range, you are most like BoJack, from the Netflix series, “BoJack Horseman.” Like BoJack, you are sarcastic and too smart for your own good. As a result, you can be irritable and moody with people who annoy you (Mr. Peanutbutter, anyone?). You are prone to panic attacks that can make you feel like you’re dying, and when anxiety strikes, you often dip down into depression too. When depression strikes, you may resort to avoidant behaviors or self-destructive tendencies. Despite your mental health struggles and sometimes-curmudgeonly attitude, your friends know you have a big heart and would do anything for them. If you can relate to BoJack, try to go easy on yourself — you are more than enough, even in the times you don’t feel like it.
