Summer is in full swing, but life is still on hold for many people. The unemployment rate is slowly trending upward, but millions are still left without work opportunities. We’re living in odd times.

For those of you who are new here, my name is Hannah and I’m the founder of Chronically Capable, a platform that connects people with chronic illnesses and disabilities to flexible remote work opportunities. I started this business because I, like many of you, suffer from chronic illness, and I know how hard it can be to find employers who will accommodate your needs.

Things are busy over at Chronically Capable, with new employers like WhatsApp and Postmates on our website these days. Large tech companies like Twitter (and most-recently, Quora) have announced their permanent WFH (work from home) plans. This is huge progress for our community, as many companies will likely follow suit.

I’m still working hard to make sure there are enough meaningful remote work opportunities on Chronically Capable. My hope is that nobody ever has to decide between their health and their career again. On that note, I’d love to share seven available remote work opportunities available this July.
