Fourth grade teacher by day — testicular cancer awareness superhero by night! I was diagnosed with stage II nonseminoma testicular cancer in November 2016 at the age of 25. I endured over three months of chemotherapy and am now in remission. During my battle I started a blog entitled “A Ballsy Sense of Tumor” to share my experiences before, during and after cancer. My mission is to spread awareness and open up conversation about testicular cancer and men’s health. I live in Fredericksburg, Virginia with my wife and our cat and dog. Follow my blog at a aballsysenseoftumor.com and on Instagram at @aballsysenseoftumor.
