I am a depressed, anxious, obsessive compulsive, insomniatic wife and mother; just trying to survive my life. I write to help myself, and others, navigate mental illness. I run a blog called Mentally Mindful and my writing has seriously saved my sanity. I believe with the right wellness tools and support, we can all keep our brains at bay and live our lives as fully as our illnesses will allow.
