Hemicrania continua is a chronic daily headache disorder that is characterized by a continuous, fluctuating pain. The pain is usually mild to moderate but can escalate to become severe, and other migraine symptoms including nausea, sensitivity and vomiting are also present. Treatment includes a medication, known as indomethacin, and results in an absolute positive result in those affected by hemicrania continua.
