I write my thoughts with internet ink. I advocate for PMDD, PCOS, women's health and mental health. Married to a soldier and currently living in Upstate New York. I'm a Health and Wellness Management student at Oswego State, pet-mommy, and volunteer at the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (formerly Gia Allemand Foundation). I am a one-on-one Peer Support Provider in their Women’s Peer Support & Crisis Intervention Program. IAPMD is the only nonprofit focused on the support, education, and resources for all individuals impacted by Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation(PME). Peer support not only provides insight based on personal experience with various treatment plans, but also teach coping skills, physical wellness, proper nutrition, stress management, and social support. More than anything, though, they provide a safe space to be heard. So please feel free to message me or any of our hardworking PSP's at IAPMD. https://iapmd.org/
