Jodie Wickens is a parent of two children. The oldest, who is 9 years old lives with Autism. She returned to post-secondary education after her son was diagnosed to learn everything she could about autism and applied behavior analysis. Jodie received honors at Douglass College in Behavior Intervention and Classroom and Community Support and was the recipient of the Vickie Cammack leadership award. Jodie has worked for the past five years as a Senior Behavior Interventionist, is the Executive Director for the Autism Support Network BC and has been a tireless advocate for inclusive education, continually advocating for qualified supports in public education for students with disabilities.
