Mighty Member since February 2019
Born and bred in the U.S. I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome when I was three years old. It affected every aspect of my life, from my education to my social interactions. My parents were told at one point that I would never be able to attend public school or earn the equivalent of a GED. My parents said nuts to that and found case workers and educators who were willing to believe in my potential. I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a B.A. in History and in 2014 I published my first novel.
