This is my first time posting. I thought it would be nice to share something that’s helpful for myself in hopes it might help others. Sometimes the only thing that pulls me out of a bad episode or painful time is painting. Watching the color flow from the brush to the canvas calms me and helps me level out. I was wondering if anyone else uses art or would like to use art as a tool to heal?
