Growing up your hear stories, about women and their hot flashes, and you laugh. But like so many things in life, you can't possibly understand until you experience it firsthand.
I'm up half the night...hot....cold....hot....cold!! It's ridiculous! When my hot flash comes, my heart starts thumping too. It's such a weird phenomenon. I just hope this doesn't go on for years. This morning my mood was fine, then all of a sudden I'm all upset because of these irrational beliefs. Im also overhinking in anxious way....ugh. I wish i could turn this switch off.
The doctor keeps telling me I’m under one big umbrella and don’t need to be diagnosed and has misdiagnosed me multiple times. He won’t rule out everything and tells me to move and be happy and I’ll be better. But I’ve gotten worse? #Fibromyalgia #ChronicPain #Fever #Hotflash #Undiagnosed #EDS
