@angconn
I am a educator, leader, advocate, yogi and thriver. I am an independent consultant for SheWhoDares. I founded in 2018, to empower other survivors to dare to step out and overcome their own trauma. I understand it’s an honor to be present in sacred space with other survivors. My vision is to continue creating sacred spaces so that survivors of sexual trauma can fully thrive. In 2021 I received my 200 R-YT certification and am working on a specialty certification to become a Yoga Therapist aiding others in their journey of healing complex trauma and shifting into post traumatic growth. There is enormous power for survivors of sexual trauma in realizing the strength of our bodies, understanding ourselves deeper, and seeing our own bodies with compassion and care. Our bodies have survived but it is time that they thrive! I love backpacking, hiking, kayaking, dancing, chips & salsa, laughter and being barefoot! I live with adhd, ocd, BPD, bdd, anxiety, CPTSD, & disordered eating.

Hello 👋🏽
I struggle really badly with imposter syndrome and my work.
My logical brain says, stop you can do this you’re just as qualified as anyone else
but
the other side says, why are you even trying, that’s stupid, they are all gonna laugh, you’re gonna fall flat on your face, there are so many others better qualified, they just pretend to like what you are teaching and will be laughing and talking behind your back…
It is exhausting and debilitating and I’m tired.
