Trouble with Focus
After you say these ABC’s, the root of your troubles will be easier to see. It is NORMAL to feel lots of things, that’s just what humans do; BUT no-one can tell you how you are feeling except for you.
It is IMPORTANT to figure out why our brains feel twisted, but if we get too upset we actually might miss it. Learning what makes us feel fearful, sad, or mad, can help us to look for solutions that we have.
