How do I stop a #BINGE when #depressed ?

I've had #Anxiety and #Depression for about 15 years now, but lately, life's been difficult and it's getting to me. I have undiagnosed binge eating problems that are exacerbated by depression and anxiety.

My question is, how do I get back to focusing on my health and nourishing my soul, rather than eating everything in sight when I am feeling this way? #BingeEatingDisorder #Depression #Anxiety #help

How do you get up the courage to give your two weeks notice?

I and leaving my job for a better paying, more "spoonie-friendly" one and am terrified of giving my two week notice. I am afraid of upsetting anyone and am afraid of hurting people. So, how do I get the confidence in myself and the courage to go through with it? #Work #help #Spoonie #ChronicIllness #Anxiety #PanicAttack

Hi, I'm New and Have a Question #Anxiety

#Anxiety

Hey all I'm new to the app. I'm a chronically ill individual with depression, anxiety, all the permanent side effects that come with having no thyroid, and more. I'm so happy to have found this community of people who understand the challenges (and joys) of life as a spoonie.

One thing I'd like to get your opinion on is how you deal with the anxiety of work after a weekend off. AKA the Sunday Scaries. How do you get the courage to go back every week and how do you get your energy for the work week?

Thanks and I look forward to chatting with you all! #
