Contemplating to go back to treatment for #EatingDisorder

2 days ago, I called up my DBT therapist who is a substance counselor, we had about a 20 minute conversation on the phone and she gave me a ultimatum keep seeing her or go see a private ED specialist, she also my old therapist who was a ED specialist retired recently said she can’t help me anymore, and suggested me go back to treatment for my #BingeEatingDisorder and I have recovery for almost 2 years, but I have relapsed so many times because before I left treatment,I didn’t have a effective after care plan or consistent dietician either, I was probably seeing her every 2 or 3 months, because of my health insurance. In my state and locally we have only 2 treatment centers for ED, I already been through Monte Nido, they have a high turn over rate for therapist, and the other one is called Madrone Mental Health this is what my insurance company suggested I go through, the waiting list is 4-6 weeks but be a little longer depending on the therapist case load. I did talk to someone on the phone from Mandrone they seemed nice and answered all of my questions, also have intake session to see what level of care I need from PHP or IOP.

Hi my name is Juan, I'm a male with a #BINGE #bed I have struggled for over 10 years and I attended a IOP treatment program for 3 months back in 2017. I observed while attending I'm was the only man their and 99.9% we're all women. I noticed majority of the clients feared me because some of them were sexually assaulted or have bad relationships with there dad's. After I graduated from IOP program, I haven't gone back because I don't feel really supported and alone living with a eating disorder. I feel as if there is lack of eqauilty ED community, men do struggle but we keep slient though.
