Hey everyone this is kinda a rant. I have been struggling with psychosis way more these past few months and feel like my diagnosis isn't right. I talked to my psychiatrist and she said I may need to be re-diagnosed with schizoaffective. The whole appointment they kept dismissing me and not really caring about what I was saying. I really kept asking for stuff I can do while waiting for my new med increase to kick in. They really didn't try to help at all. They just increased my med dose and was trying to leave the appointment. I was wondering if anyone has any coping skills or strategies they use for this stuff. Hi my psychosis symptoms have been getting way worse lately especially paranoia. Its even been happening outside of my mania and depression. Im really lost on what to do at this point. My psychiatrist left for a few months, so I’ve been very confused. I was wondering if anyone has any coping skills for that.
