Does this sound like long covid?

I may have gotten covid in March 2020, though we don't know because getting tested wasn't a thing then. I've been very sick ever since. I have abdominal pain, nausea, reduced appetite, weight loss, muscle aches, joint pains, shortness of breath after just climbing stairs, I can't walk more than a few feet some days because of the pain and pressure I feel around my solar plexus, I can't exercise, standing up increases my heart rate, I always feel hot and can't stand breathing in humid air, so I can't take showers, I had insomnia and disrupted sleep, always tired even after a good sleep, I've been through just about every medical test and found nothing. Any one else experiencing something like this?

I'm new here!

Hi, my name is Killymockingbird3. I'm here because I have been diagnosed with Long Covid. (Date 3/2020) I recently went to the Neurologist and he suggested I may have erythromelalgia. I was told I need to follow up with my Rheumatologist. Any insight you can offer, I appreciate. Thank you.
