Hi everyone. My name is Betsy and I live in the US Virgin Islands. I had a terrible manic streak that lasted for months. I created a lot of damage during that time, and it came to a head 3 weeks ago with the thought of suicide over that weekend. I am currently seeking mental health help locally, but we are moving slowly. Looking forward to finding myself again.#Mania #Depression
