How to respond?
Hi, I’m not sure how to respond to something that’s been said to me. I’ve recently started a new relationship which I know for some people is the best bit but before me puts me in a highly anxious state for lots of reasons. During a conversation he said that he knew that I was anxious and that I overthink things. That I think way to much. This is true, I do. I have OCD and anxiety along with a difficult past so I can’t help but think. Anyway he said that he was willing to put up with this and learn to live with it. The learn to live with it..ok. The willing to put up with it? It’s bothering me but I’m not sure why? I’m just not sure I want to be put up with? Or does it mean nothing and l’m overthinking as usual. Should I just be happy that someone will put up with me. I don’t really do realationships, I’m really not good at them and I don’t like the start of them. I feel highly anxious all the time, I constantly worry that I’m not good enough and find myself swinging between moods because I’m so stressed. #Anxiety #OCD

Hello everyone ! I was wondering if people with #MastCellActivationDisorder have experience getting a #COVID19 vaccine. I'm not sure if i will react well to it with my mcas. I usually have bad flare ups when taking / trying out new medications.
