I called the social security office today to set up an appt to move forward w applying for benefits. not sure how to feel about the fact that I am no longer able to work at 32 years old. #RheumatoidArthritis #Fibromyalgia #newreality

I have RA and Fibromyalgia and I am looking for shoes that are easy to put on and super comfortable. I currently have some nikes and k Swiss but they are not very comfortable and because of my ra I have trouble tieing them.

for instance I had to go to a new Rhuematologist hat is a couple hours from home so my husband and I made a day of it but even though I had taken meds and we made sure I rested as much as possible. I still could hardly move or walk by the time we got back home. I ended up having to go to my pcp to get a couple shots to help w the pain.

I hate when you go to bed in pain and wake up in worse pain and unable to move different parts of your body due to inflammation. I just had a flare up. Why must I have another one so soon? I have a little girl that needs me to be able to get her ready for school and fix her hair and thats not even possible right now. So what do I do? I have to call my mom and hope she can come help get my daughter ready before she goes to work herself. Today I feel useless and frustrated and depressed. My doctors refuse to help me get disability but I cant even get a job because of my illnesses. I never thought I would get sick and never get better and while I would never wish this pain and life on my worst enemy I do wonder why me?? I have two brothers and tons of cousins and my great aunt and I are the only ones in my family with RA. I found out at 26 and Im 31 now and my great Aunt found out at 75. Her RA is better controlled then mine. Some days I wonder how I am suppose to live the rest of my life like this.
