How do you control your feeling hopeless because of your illness?

The last few days I've had such bad nerve pain. I'm on Gabapentin and I take Vicodin as well as a whole bunch of other meds. Nothing is working and of course it's fall and getting colder by the day. Thanks to anyone who reads my complaining and whining, at least most of you understand what I'm going through! 😃 #ChronicPain #Lupus #ComplexRegionalPainSyndrome #Fibromyalgia

How do all of you handle your being disabled? I have a spinal disease and am not able to do things as I could. It’s so depressing 😞

Hi, for the last couple of weeks I guess, might be a bit longer, I've been having a problem and I'm trying to figure out the most likely cause. I have fibromyalgia, Raynaud's, sensory neuropathy, spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis(possibly other kinds) So lately my hands and feet hurt constantly. My hands feel like I've been operating a hammer all day, while not swollen that I can tell, the pain is excruciating, bringing me to tears at times and making it extremely difficult to grip anything. My feet too have been in near constant, excruciating pain and the last couple of days it's reached the point where it literally hurts to walk, again sometimes with tears. I'm just not sure what might be the most likely culprit, any ideas?
