Each day we go through our routines. Somedays it is clear what we aim to achieve and whether we do accomplish the tasks or not. There is a secret about repetitions. Try not to worry about achieving so many "reps" in life. How many can be achieved using your higher potential or even highest potential. When we take time to do what we know and do these things with all of our experience(s)- we allow for better outcomes. After completing thousands of repetitions of quality performances (not maximal) we become greater and greater each day. Take time, find space and seek opportunity. Those repetitions will last you a lifetime. Those repetitions will provide you a true connection to LIFE.

Music- last night I was just walking around looking for inspiration. A band was playing at a local restaurant. People were jamming and laughing. The music was definitely a wave of fun and excitement. It helped me get to a space where and when I felt like I could create. I wrote and scribbled and smiled. Music...thank God. This is a truth...for me. I hope it can be for you.

Sometimes you just need to #attack . However, that word sounds as if the consequence will be a negative. This isn't the case all of the time. Sometimes you need to step into "it". Move forward, regardless of what others may or may not say. My mom would say often..."just let him do his own thing". This some of the best advice I've ever got. It does pay, however, to get other opinions along the way. Use it. But remember it is you who is taking the step(s).

Action vs. GRATITUDE.
Action can predetermine gratitude. I post about Gratitude often. On the one side I want to say Gratitude is on top of my list in staying centered. But today it dawned on me that simple Action was the catalyst for Gratitude. I paint, draw, enjoy photography, comedy, whatever I can think of. Being true to myself is so important to me. I don't know what I would do otherwise. I am a wise ass and I can be seen as if I'm a jerk (lol- I kind of am). But those who really know me know - that wise ass is just a tiny part of me. Today I went out and just did what I had and wanted to do for me by me. I loved it all. My actions today led me to be grateful right now. The fact is, tomorrow, something else could be the catalyst for Gratitude. In the end Gratitude is at the top. Action today was 1A.

What I'm about to say isn't entirely what I wanted to say when and how and why, etc. Basically, when I had my first panic attack, I was under the influence of cannabis. That's was over 20 years ago. Had someone told me it was normal I probably wouldn't be texting you now because I would be successful. Recently I have reexperimanted with cannabis to FACE A FEAR. If my behavior has seemed odd then that's what you saw.
