To the mom who cried in the shower this morning because you are under an extreme amount of stress, I see you.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To the parents and people who are continually worrying about how they will pay their bills this month or next, I see you. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To the children who are now home 24/7 and don’t get the “outlet” of going to school, I see you. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To the college, high school or junior high grad or the couple who can’t celebrate their wedding how they imaged they would, I see you. ⁣⁣

To the pregnant woman worrying if their spouse will be allowed in the room when they give birth, I see you. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To the parents who are saddened, upset and frustrated over the loss of all the gains your child made this year, already seeing their progress coming to a standstill, I see you. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Did I have a complete mental breakdown today? Yes, and that is OK. The stuff we all as a human race are going through is life-changing. It is a struggle and tests our patience daily. It pushes our anxiety to the max, and honestly, overall, it’s just a lot.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Why am I sharing this? Because this is for anyone who needed to hear or see this today.

Know that it’s OK to cry.
⁣⁣
Crying does not mean you are weak. In my opinion, it’s the opposite. It shows strength. It shows you know yourself, value yourself and are comfortable showing your vulnerable side. It’s a way to let out your frustration and re-set. I view it as a way to heal when words don’t seem to express it, and I feel many of us could use that healthy outlet right now. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
To anyone who needs a little love, positivity or air hug sent their way, I got you!
