Alisa is a wife, proud mother of three, and a sister of an individual with disabilities. She has worked as an advocate for individuals with special needs for many years. Alisa earned an A.A.S. in Medical Assisting Technology from Kilgore College, a B.B.A. in Marketing and a M.B.A. in Project Management from American Intercontinental. She was extensively involved in her community in East Texas and now is involved in her new community in Spring, TX. Alisa is the founder of Positive People with Positive Attitudes (P3A) an organization responsible for the Annual Family Fun Day for Autism Awareness in Longview, TX. In East Texas she has volunteered for Paisanos of East Texas, Kilgore Legacy Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Highway 80 Rescue Mission, Organizing for Action, Unity and Diversity Committee, Partners in Prevention, Kilgore Soccer Association, Women in Longview, and NAACP. In Houston, Lisa has volunteered and worked with ADDA-SR, Avondale House, Family to Family Network, Gulf Coast Family Support Conference in Houston, and the Gulf Coast Center.
