This morning my food choice was abysmal - raisin brioche swirl x 2 (and I thought I had picked up the chocolate variety!) so it’s pretty clear how I’m feeling today. Yesterday evening was the opposite- I had a salad (containing leaves, celery, radish, avocado, tomato, cucumber and pear) with a little bit of blue cheese and some of that tasty caramelised onion bread you can see in the background, and I didn’t even want a pudding!
Does anyone else’s food reflect their mood? Can you recommend any healthy but quick, no prep necessary foods you grab when I’m on a downer, like this morning ? #foodreflectingmood
