Sometimes the nature is beautiful

Hi,
(This is a positive message)
When I try to tell people about my life with BPD, I always use the metaphor of the rollercoaster. If I don’t take my medicine correctly, I’m on the Silverstar from Europapark. If I take them and everything goes well I’m in a rollercoaster for children. 😅
I don’t feel that depressed at the moment, it just sometimes feel like my days are all the same. So I try to go to museums, concerts, visit parks, spend time in the nature. Taking pictures helps me stay focused in the present. I’m really lucky because I can go to a lot of museums for free in my country because I chose the right bank.
A few days ago, I was in a small town near a lake and went to a concert of Ukrainian music. I talked to people a little bit in Ukrainian (with my accent) and some people asked me if I was from there, so I think I don’t speak that badly. ☺️
And when I was at the lake I listened to Bastion (an old project by dear Marko Purišić), and it was perfect.
I don’t know about you, but I love to listen to songs in languages I don’t understand that well. Then I don’t focus on the text but rather on the music.
I wish you a nice day 🥰
Take care
