Have never posted on here. But have been having some really rough days lately making me feel lost in my own brain. I can’t find a psychiatrist that take my insurance, and the one I did called and canceled on me and has yet to return my call or answer. In a world where everyone is saying mental health awareness but I can’t even find a psychiatrist...... I don’t get it. Just feel like I can’t get anywhere even when I do what I’m suppose to to help my mental health. #Mentalhealthawarness MY ASS!!!
