#My3 OctoberChallenges
Here are my 3 October challenges from low to high:
1. I need to stop procrastinating. I know that I have a lot of different responsibilities.I have to deal with them, no matter what the pain level. Whether it is cleaning up my apartment, completing an article or a project, or making time for exercise, I have to make the time.
2.I have to make people understand me,in a clear, assertive manner. I can be positive without turning people off. But I need to get my needs addressed.Just because I have disabilities does not mean I do not matter, or, as one government employee told me recently, a "normal" person won't understand that."
3. I have to advance. Personally. Professionally. Healthwise. This is my time for growth - intellectual, spiritual, motivational. Nothing and no one will hold me down this month. This girl is on fire! There will be many ways to achieve these goals. This is a time for self-reflection and implementation.
