I, personally, am not a fan of the magazine sized, thick workbooks which, amongst many assignments, have us keep due dilligant data on our moods/behavior, every single day. This certainly is effective for millions.
I've shunned anything resembling assinments til my daughter recently gave me a journal with a thick section of sheets /charts, all very basically drawn. They are geared torwards changing habits for the better. The "Habit Tracker" is helping me! No pressure. Note anything I want to improve upon (this month,' Morning Routines'; 'Spiritual Reading, daily; Check in with The Mighty'; arts& crafts; kneck back stretches; 1 hr of reading. ( With my ADD, I have to do the audio recordings):----then simply make a mark in a little square on the Tracking, noting "completed". I often mentioned my Zen focus; complete one task at a time, slowly and completely. Vital for me! Where are Mighties who like those thick workbooks!?😄🧡😘 What was most helpful with your needs/need? I'd love to hear!🤗💜😄🧡
