I walked out to get the mail today & dropped a piece of it. I bent over to pick it up and couldnt stand back up. My muscle weakness just wouldn't allow me to stand up. Luckily my neighbor saw me and helped me up. I felt helpless and embarrassed. I was fine a month ago, and now i cant even get the mail?
