I’ve always been a huge fan of quotes. Every time I see a quote, I like to save it on my computer for a rainy day. In my old house, my bedroom walls were covered from the floor to the ceiling in quotes, but there were always a few I liked more than others. They, no doubt, helped me through my depression. So I thought I would share some with you.

1. “Only those who take a chance and go far will discover how far one can go.” — T.S. Elliot

2. “If you want to kill yourself, kill what you don’t like. I had an old self that I killed. You can kill yourself too, but that doesn’t mean you go to stop living.” — Vargus

3. “Whenever you feel sad, just remember, there are billions of cells in your body and all they care about is you.” — Unknown

4. “Love every moment. Laugh every day. Live beyond words.” — Unknown

5. “Who you were, who you are and who you will be are three different people.” — Unknown

6. “The way you are is not a result of what’s happened to you. It’s the result of what you decide to keep inside of you.” — Unknown

7. “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m Possible!’” — Audrey Hepburn

8. “The only time you should ever look back is to look how far you’ve come.” — Unknown

9. “It takes nothing to join a crowd. It takes everything to stand alone.” — Hans F. Hanson

10.“Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the most wonderful things that will ever happen to us.” — Nicole Reed

11. “I still have a long way to go, but I’m already so far from where I used to be and I’m proud of that.” — Unknown

12. “The bravest thing I ever did was continuing my life when I wanted to die.” — Juliette Lewis

13. “No matter how long you’ve traveled in the wrong direction, you can always turn around.” — Unknown

And I saved my favorite one for last:

14. “Your life has a purpose. Your story is important. Your dreams count. Your voice matters. You were born to make an impact.” — Unknown

Hope these quotes have made your day! I’ll leave you with a quote from me:

“Fight for what you deserve and never ever give up.” — Keren Rosenthal
