Sometimes, music is the one thing that lifts you up when you’re down and inspires you to keep fighting. Everyone has their go-to song that gives them a boost on a dark day. And when you’re living with fibromyalgia, those days can come all too frequently.

We asked our Facebook community to share the songs they listen to on the tough days of fibromyalgia. The result: a playlist to turn on during difficult moments, whether you’re looking for a powerful ballad to lift you up or rock song to give you strength.

Here’s what they told us:

“I’m still breathing, I’m still breathing, I’m alive.”

2. “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten

“My power’s turned on, starting right now I’ll be strong.”
