Anyone else super triggered by #CheslieKryst death? It’s not even that I’m triggered, it’s more heartbreak of knowing that despair and numbness right before. Heartbreak that she felt it and nobody knew until it was too late. She lost her battle. How well we learn to hide and blend and push through without asking for help. It hurts knowing that regardless of status, money, education - the darkness can take any one. I truly do hope she finds rest and peace. I hope we all do, in this life. #yourenotalone
