Refreshing my crisis box, what can I put in it? #Selfharm #CrisisBox #coping
I'm struggling to stay clean lately. I'm hitting my 3 month mark but have had one very close call so far where I brushed my skin with scissors rather than cutting. I did this too hard and ended up scoring my skin but it helped and didn't break the surface so I didn't start counting again? Anyway even though its been a couple of weeks the guilt is circling in my head over if I failed or not still because a friend spotted my leg and questioned me (not negatively). I used to keep these scissors in my crisis box but don't want to anymore. What can I refresh my box with?! Any suggestions welcome...
