- “I sleep too much. I drop every habit I enjoy.”
- “I turn into a hermit. I just want to stay in my home. It’s my safe haven.”
- “I push people away.”
- “I cancel all my appointments with doctors.”
- “My taste in music changes when I’m having a significant struggle with depression.”
- “I start to eat less.”
- “I let the voice in my head run rampant and tell me I am not loved. I try and tell it to shut up once in a while.”
You never know what someone is going through.
