7 Simple Exercises You Can Do in a Wheelchair or Sitting Down
- Core Rotations and Crunches
Do them as small and slow as you need. - Toe Touches
Start at your knees and work your way down. - Arm Raises
You can hold a ball or light weight. - Arm Presses
Add dumbbells or any object for extra weight. - Raised Arm Stretches
Hold for 15 seconds. - Wheelchair Lifts.
Go as slow as you need. - Seated Jabs
After a few minutes, it’s great cardio.
