I too have seemed to lost touch with alters
For 20 years in t. , 5 of which I was diagnosed and treated for DID, I’m still losing time. My therapist died a year ago suddenly and now very little contact with those inside. I had never heard about ‘losing touch.’ Does that mean I’m healing or just not listening?#DissociativeIdentity Disorder
