This is Wookie, my buddy & sometimes therapist. He is great at entertaining me & sometimes being very snuggly. Other times he insists it is play time. Tennis balls & mini frisbees are his favorite!

I have two neurological movement disorders, Cervical Dystonia and Essential Tremors, which cause painful muscle spasms in my neck, and tremors in my hands. My two dachshunds, Lucy Marie (age 6) and Abby Lou (age 1), always seem to know when I'm having a bad day, and will stay by my side. When I lay down, Lucy will curl up around my neck to support it. Abby Lou will lay beside me or in my lap, and cuddle. My girls aren't registered therapy dogs, but they're all the therapy I need.
