I am having a really hard time this week. My friend from high school died suddenly. The funeral already happened so fast because he was Muslim. I feel so many emotions. I haven’t been close to him in years so I feel bad for feeling so sad. Does that make sense? I feel like I am not allowed to be as upset as those who were still close. My anxiety is worse and I’m irritable and I’m angry at the universe. I’ve gone to way to many tragic young funerals. I don’t know what else to do .
