So disappointed
It's my birthday. Pauley slept till 5pm. I'm in too much pain to cook dinner. The right side of my lumbar is shooting pain down my right leg. I tried to shower today cuz my hair was gross. Standing up for taking a shower is really bad for my back. The pain is at 7 right now. I definitely can't stand up to cook the spinach. I feel horrible. I was so excited for dinner tonight. Most of my close friends forgot my birthday. I feel sad and lonely.

I'm officially 41
Happy birthday to myself. I hope I don't have much pain today. I'm gonna make a spinach and smoked gruyere quiche for dinner tonight. I'm going to have to stand in the kitchen for long enough to wilt the spinach in garlic butter. I'm not gonna use bacon. And I gotta shred my cheese. I got a nice block of smoked gruyere from Aldi. It's gonna be great. I'm going to bake it for 30 minutes and adjust as it goes.
