Hi guys, i have a boyfriend who has a bipolar. He's taking some meds but i dont know what kind and i also dont know when was the last time 2he was diagnosis. He's not comfortable everytime i ask him how can I help him. Because i notice there are times his not focus on something or his sad or depress or disappointed but i dont know why.

I want to help him out, and to have a better understanding to his condition. I tried to talk to him to set an appointment for counseling with me for me to understand well.

Hope you cangave me some advice.
