I started eating junk food and chocolate like all the time starting 6 mos. Ago. Before I always ate healthy, no processed foods, fruit, veggies, very little red meat & don’t drink or do drugs or smoke but now I feel sick everyday and all I want to do is lay in bed and sleep. I also stopped exercising. Now I don’t want to do anything ever with my family or friends. I thought it was because I’m getting older, now 62 but can junk food make you feel terrible all the time? And why have I made such a major switch in my eating to all junk food?
