If random, unwanted thoughts pop into your head on the regular, you might be dealing with intrusive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts can present themselves in different ways to different people. Even with just myself, my intrusive thoughts appear in various ways: Some days I am scared that a traumatic event will repeat itself other days I am overanalyzing a message that someone sent me.
Dealing with intrusive thoughts isn’t funny, but good memes about intrusive thoughts can be. One thing that can be difficult about having intrusive thoughts is how isolating they can be, as people rarely discuss them, myself included. The good news is if we don’t feel up to discussing our intrusive thoughts, we can just laugh at memes instead — at least for now.
