Even with just myself, my intrusive thoughts appear in various ways: Some days I am scared that a traumatic event will repeat itself other days I am overanalyzing a message that someone sent me.

Dealing with intrusive thoughts isn’t funny, but good memes about intrusive thoughts can be. One thing that can be difficult about having intrusive thoughts is how isolating they can be, as people rarely discuss them, myself included.
