I’m 18, my name is Dawn, and I have chronic pain and a multitude of other symptoms. I’ve never been to a doctor for any of them before, but I’m about to start. I’m getting ready to make my very first appointment on my way to getting a diagnosis. I’m also trying to start a symptom tracker journal, but I just don’t know how to set it up to help give my doctor a picture of what’s going on.
