By the way, I'm a 61 year old male, and I used to run a LOT and never had issues with overheating, even while running in extra-hot temperatures!
I overheat with MS though cool to the touch.My internal thermostat is wonky. My husband is used to me undressing during cooking and cleaning, but not in a good way.
Normally in winter my thermostat calms down a little bit. Lately though I have a little relief from overheating. Triple threat nausea, chronic pain, and overheating
