The word "Arousal" in PGAD (Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder) is unfortunate. It should be more like Dysesthesia... which means ‘abnormal, unpleasant sensation’. This terminology would better describe the unpleasant, unwanted, and sometimes disturbing sensations associated with PGAD.
